When will my order ship?
Once your order is successfully submitted, our fabulous team works hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within 2-3 business days. Then, our favorite mail carriers do their thing and it should be in your hands in 2 to 3 additional business days!
Pick Up In-Store
When can I pick up my order?
Standard Orders - We typically have pickup's ready for you the day of! Sometimes we need 1 business day to process and complete your order, but don't worry! You'll receive an email notification as soon as it's ready to go home with you!
Can I add or remove items from my order if it is pickup in-store? If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Making a change may delay when your order is ready for pickup, but it's our goal to make things right as soon as possible!
I accidentally selected "Pickup In-Store". Can I change this to ship to my address? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to make changes to your order! heyhoneyneb@gmail.com -308-730-2375 We'll do our best to get your goodies to you as soon as we can!
Shipping
- Flat rate shipping - $7.95
- FREE US shipping on order of $100.00 or more!
- Due to high shipping costs this does exclude Hawaii and Alaska, sorry!
- We offer in-store pick up for online shoppers! Just select In Store Pick Up as the shipping method when you check out
- Note: You will still be asked for a shipping address if you are choosing In Store Pick Up.
- Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days from the order date.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been placed, and a separate email once the order has been shipped.
- If you want your order to require a signature you may put that in your "order notes" and we will make sure we put that on your shipping label.
- If your package is sent without a signature please note that Hey Honey Boutique is not held responsible for packages that are "confirmed delivered" with USPS, Fed Ex or UPS and show up missing.
