What is your return policy?
Our return policy is 30 Days from the day your order ships from our warehouse. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a return after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
*ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE A **FINAL SALE** and are NOT ELIGIBLE for our regular return policy.*
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

What is my responsibility when making a return?
Returned items are your responsibility until they are delivered to our warehouse. Please ensure the item(s) you are returning fall within our Return Policy and that they are packaged properly! We ask that you package your order the same way you received it. We are not responsible for lost items, damaged items, or items returned to us by mistake.
Shoes
Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. The shoe box should not be used as a shipping box, it should be packed in a separate box or shipping mailer.
Shoes returned using the shoe box as the shipping box, or shoes returned without their original shoe box are subject to a restocking fee (this restocking fee can vary from 5% up to 30% depending on original purchase price of the shoes). Additionally, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?
All sale items are final and cannot be returned. We know, it’s a bummer. But at least you got a great deal on that amazing item!
Can I return items purchased online in stores?
Absolutely! We'd love for you to come visit us in store to exchange out your items within our policy guidelines! We have an incredibly stunning boutique storefront waiting for you. ! Be sure to check our hours first!
How long does it take to process my return?
Once the delivery man drops off your return at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. A sparkling, ready-to-be-spent gift card will be issued via email to the address used to place the original order or a refund will be processed on the original form of payment.
I returned an item and have not received my gift card code yet! What do I do?
If you have not received an email with your gift card code 5-7 business days after we have received it here, please let us know! You can shoot us an email at heyhoneyneb@gmail.com or call us at 3087302375. Keep in mind that sometimes the email may filter into your junk or spam folder!
